1. Collect the dynamics of OEMs, use the influence of existing customer resources and personal resources to develop customers;
2. Market planning, expansion and establishment, mining of sales leads, development, follow-up and management of customer relationships, and responsibility for the achievement of regional sales targets;
3. Develop and follow up the progress of the project in real time, effectively coordinate the company's internal resources to promote the completion of the project,
and coordinate the completion of relevant pre-sale and after-sale work;
4. Responsible for the establishment and management of customer information files, and scientific customer relationship management, to provide customers with high-quality services in a timely and effective manner;
5. Collect regional market competition information, tap market potential, and provide information on market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback;
6. Assist superiors to complete other temporary tasks.
We expect you to:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, marketing is preferred;
2. Possess strong market analysis, marketing, customer development and maintenance capabilities;
good interpersonal and communication skills, keen market sensing ability and strong adaptability;
3. Industry experience in the field of autonomous driving such as MEM sensor chips and fiber optic gyroscopes. Experience in domestic and regional sales is preferred;
4. Good professionalism, sense of responsibility, strong sense of confidentiality. Possess a good team spirit,
can withstand greater work pressure, strong driving force and desire for achievement.
